If my spouse has a college degree in nursing does that make?

getting Alimony less likely if she is projected to make more money than me? We have been married for 10 years and she is left with everything to include home, vehicle, and all other belongings with the exception of my clothes and car. I am responsible for child support. I also do not have a college degree. She is 30 years old. We are from Alabama. Also does she have to choose to ask for alimony or is it automatic that they award it.If my spouse has a college degree in nursing does that make?
She has to ask for it. If she has a college degree and a good job, and if she already makes more money than you make, she isn't going to be awarded alimony. Alimony is mainly awarded in divorces where the wife has been a stay-at-home mom, probably never finished college, hasn't held an outside job in years, and has no currently marketable job skills. If my spouse has a college degree in nursing does that make?
She could be paying you alimony, if you helped her pay her way through collegea d she makes more money than you do. Get a lawyer and fight for joint child custody.
