wife and fiance are two different concept , if i apply the spouse visa then the fiance visa would be invalid, that's wasting time and money to fill the forms and pay them lots of money .i don't know if this can works . anyone who did this fiance or spouse stuff before please help me ? tell me what we should do would be the best , and what way i won't be turned down for the visa ? please !But if i apply spouse visa after we get married then does the fiance visa is till valid ?
Why make it complicated?
If you want to bring her to US.. then fiance visa is the answer.
If you already married her, then go for spouse visa.

Fiance visa is not ';cancelled'; by the spouse visa until you actually get the visa. The time you spend waiting for it, you'll still have a fiance visa.
