Can someone be identified as my spouse by DNA test?

Me and someone are living in different parts of the world. It is claimed that she is my spouse. I can't say if a DNA test can help prove the claim right or wrong. Please share your experience if a DNA test could find out my so-called spouse. Can someone be identified as my spouse by DNA test?
You are not biologically related - so no.Can someone be identified as my spouse by DNA test?
If you are asking if you have this spouse that you don't know about and they want to find out through DNA if it is your spouse then no, you shouldn't be related to your spouse. If you are, please don't have children, they would have severe genetic abnormalities.

If you mean that they need to identify someone by using their DNA and this person is your spouse, basically just an identification like would be done if this person died or committed a crime, then they can identify the person as to 99% accuracy.
DNA tests determine genetic similarities. ie, if they test your child, you and him will share 50% of the same genetic markers. So, DNA is used to determine genetic relationships not marital. You and her (hopefully) are not related so you will NOT share any of the same genetic markers. there is no way to determine if someone is your ';wife'; unless there are marriage licenses to be found
A DNA test is only going to tell you if the person is a BLOOD relative, brother, sister, cousin, aunt, uncle, mother, father, etc. A DNA test could never tell you if the other person was your spouse. There is no blood lines between you.
Hang on, wait, what?

YOU ARE NOT RELATED TO YOUR SPOUSE BY BLOOD. You have different parentage and therefore your DNA is not close enough to show that you are related - as you are not related.

By the way, how do you not know if she's your spouse or not?
